I could not able to use SIM slot 2 for my second SIM. none of the SIM is recognise by mobile. what to do.

make sure you are entering it in correct way into the tray

pl check that slot is enable.Go to setting sim card manager. click on sim 2. There is on/off toggle button . if it is off click on it.
