why every s7 baught from UAE is facing issues when it is used in other country.!

why s7 and s7 edge bought from UAE is facing issues when used in other country ? why samsumg dont give the option to change the firmwear. i have seen many post mentoining that they are facing problems using their phone in their respective country baught from uae.

my phone is from the uae and i live in greece... i dont have any problems neither with the device or software updates

That's not a big deal I think , My phone is UAE and I'm using it in Iran easily and comfortably
