Whichever country you are into the phone is made for that region and so as the play store. If some apps which are in the other country play store that might be visible to you but you cant download that. Its not a problem with Samsung but that is the very nature of the Android. Even if you go to that country where its available still you wont be able to download that.
There are 2 ways to do that.....
1) Either you change the firmware of your phone to the country whose applications you are trying to download.
2) Side download it via apk file from some software website. PLEASE I DONT ADVOCATE THE 2ND WAY AS ITS RISKY AND TGERE ARE CHANCES OF YOUR PHONE GETTING INFECTED BY MALWARE OR CAN GET HACKED.

So this are the only 2 ways you can do that. Again this is the issue with the Android and not with the phone maker. There are some phones coming international versions. In that case you have an open play store but not all the companies make it available.
I hope this will help you. Please dont try some outside the way steps in despiration as that might make your phone and your privacy at high risk.
Cheers 😊

Hey, you can change your default country for Google Play simply by logging into your account. You don't need to change the firmware of the device for that.
There is no connection between the device country and app availability in Google playstore. Availability of apps depends on the country you have selected while you created your Google account. Even if you change the firmware, if you login with the same Google ID, the apps which show up in playstore will be the same.
You can read more on that here https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?p=changecountry&hl=en-GB&visit_id=6375320926574...

As of now, the language of Galaxy Store will be set automatically based on the SIM card inserted. You can't manually change it😭
