My Samsung s8 plus 128gb front glass is broken to repair that it costs around 15k so what shall I do To get new s8 plus 64gb with exchange I need to pay 16k or to get new s9 plus 64gb with exchange I need to pay 30k so what shall I do which is best way please suggest

if money is no problem then go for S9+ else go with S8+. There are very few HW(ARimoji, ultra slomo, horizontal home screen, updated Exynos chip etc.) and more SW tweaks in S9 series. Rest is your wish.
