I heard they have released yet another Beta version for S10 series (excluding Lite). If this is true, we should not be getting it until next (or 2) week.

European countries, Middle East, Vietnam all getting stable for S10 series.. UK and India are testing 3rd beta. Anyway we will get it this month.
