volte need to be update this issue

I hv dual volte 4g sim in my s9plus 
Data active on sim 2 , but when sim1 is on call that time sim2 goes in sleep mode 

We face problem during handfree call 

We need both sim active simultaniusly 
If sim 1 is in call and we need to surf any think via internet (sim2 data) not be able to connect


Please rise this issue to sammy if you all need it
