are you using a root software?If yes then I think that you have deleted some important system data/files.please do factory reset the device immediately and erase everything in your device(you have to be taken back up of important data before delete).after that you restart your device on safe mode.to start safe mode restart the device.when samsung logo appears press the volume down key and hold it until the device starts.you see safe mode word in bottom of screen.after that check all your pre-installed app's performance.also check the result.It detects if any problem in device.If you notice any problem in any app then PLEASE CONTACT SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER QUICKLY.
