Literally I dont know what the hell is wrong with Samsung. Why are they only giving updates for bluetooth and wifi connectivity and camera improvements. Wtf. Why not for heat issue resolved, battery drain issues, and network drop.?
I am using s10 plus and its fuking bad sometime releted to battery and my mom uses samsung m20 but her phone's battery is amazing. Like she gets 10 hr screenon time for the phone with cost less than 200 dollar. And here my s10plus which costs 1000 dollar work **bleep** bad.(4/5) hr screenontime
I am also facing same problems and even the gaming is very bad on this device. The selfie camera is so bad that a budget phone is performing better. I tried complaining Samsung several times but no improvement. You also do try to complain Samsung regarding these issues so that they would be aware that so many members are facing these issues and may solve these issues as soon as possible.
Battery draining is seen in almost all the devices after the recent update...so everyone are demanding a stable update which Samsung is not coming forward...dunno when will they release stable update!!
For me, even my mom's Vivo takes sharper and more realistic photos compared the cartoonist photos taken from my S10 . Imo it's good they're trying to optimise the Camera, although I'm not sure there is any improvement occurring in this department.
