Am unable to access internal storage ( like data , obb ), after update one ui 5.0 beta version

Kindly help me how to downgrade one ui 5.0 to one ui 4.0

After android 13 Google has disabled that folders for users now u can't access it.
Maybe u can downgrade from service centre
