Hello, i need help with touch sensitivity. When i receive a call, even if i pick up the phone to receive a call it either accepts or rejects on just a touch anywhere while picking up the phone.
Thank you for sharing your concern. We would recommend you to turn off single touch mode via main menu>> setting>accessibility >>single tap mode>> disable it. If still issue not resolved then restart your phone in safe mode. This will load only a few basic applications and every downloaded application will be disabled. Don't worry, this isn't permanent. While your phone is powered off, press the power button to turn on the phone, once you see the Samsung logo appear press the volume down key and hold it until you have completely booted up. You will see the words "Safe Mode" displayed in the corner of your screen if done correctly. Now we can try and see if the touch screen is responsive well or not.
