Those who have self worth and paid hefty amount for their phones and thinks samsung should give concrete reply on ONe UI in india with pie should ask samsung directly on twitter.
Theres no use asking in forum.
Get to twitter and ask them constantly with tagging them and see the difference 
If you dont want to make a post just retweet and samsung will get to know Indian consumers are not to be taken for granted.

Yes We deserve an answer for Pie Update on flagship phones, when mid range phones are getting updated from other brands.
