I'm using a samsung s10+ g975u which is a us variant unlocked. I'm not getting any software updates since one year. My current software version is android 10 one ui 2.0 security patch level march 1,2020. I did went samsung service center in India and they were helpless. I tried reaching samsung US and Sprint network carrier and they both were throwing stones at one another, but no one came with a solution. I want to update my mobile in whatever is the way. Please someone help me with this.

If its an unlocked, can you try manually flashing latest us unlocked build through stock recovery. See if it helps

If you chooss Snapdragon Sd your device model number in sammobile firmware search, you will get correct file , yes it should work, if its unlocked variant

i searched in sammobile, there are many selections with US carriers names but nothing unlocked version.
