I'm using a samsung s10+ g975u which is a us variant unlocked. I'm not getting any software updates since one year. My current software version is android 10 one ui 2.0 security patch level march 1,2020. I did went samsung service center in India and they were helpless. I tried reaching samsung US and Sprint network carrier and they both were throwing stones at one another, but no one came with a solution. I want to update my mobile in whatever is the way. Please someone help me with this.

No yours is this, check the numbers with yours till SQ, rest keeps on changing with new updates

I've found some in sammobile my current build shows up only when i select sprint and that build date is of feb 2020 and also screenshot of another build which is latest same under sprint category. nothing matches mine under comcast category
And also the letters until SQ are same with most of the carriers in different updates

samsung says my phone is locked with sprint and i believe it is later unlocked since I'm able to use other carrier network

i found something which might be useful. There is an app installed in my phone with name Network Unlock. Does this mean my phone is unlocked. If unlocked what should I do now to update

If its unlocked
Google search how to find csc in Samsung phone
Type the number in dialer to get the details, find csc code and it will show which one is it. Code
Then download the file, place it in sd card flash it though stock recovery

my csc and build number matches with the one's in the image but that build is of feb 2020. the latest one is of of December 2020 also attached. So can i download the latest one and flash it

Idk whether you can flash if its sprint. Coz these carriers are locked, snd and they have to provide you the update. As its sprint i hab big doubts, so better not to flash, dont want you to have an expensive brick
