sim 2 wificalling automatically turning off

I have two sims airtel and jio . Sim 1 airtel and sim 2 jio. Both sim's wifi calling is switched on . But after phone restart sim 2 wificalling automatically get off in the settings . Can you say why this is happening???

dual sim scenerio

2nd sim always assumed as foreign LTE service in dual sim LTE setup so 2nd sim will be disabled for wifi calling

this is not a bug
