I am using s10 and unfortunately scroll shot or longer screen shot is not coming. I have even checked smart capture in advanced setting. Still it is not coming.
once you take a screenshot you will see a small popup at the bottom of the screen. to the left side you will see a option with 2 down arrow keys. click on it for scrolling screenshot...
