I m a Galaxy S9+ used. Recently updated my phone to One UI Version 2, Android Version 10.
All of a sudden (without dropping/or any sort of physical assult) the screen started flickering and the colour of the screen went pinkish yellow. The whole screen went dark after that. I was somehow able to judge the whereabouts of the brightness and turned the brightness to max. Now I am able to only use the phone on max brightness (cause reducing the brightness causes the screen to become dark). Also even on high brightness the colour is highly inaccurate. And it looks worse than a 720p display. 
I rebooted my phone (volume down + power key for 10 seconds) but it did not help. 
I contacted Samsung and they suggested that I have to change the display (which costs a fortune for me). And suggested that i might have dropped the phone. But I m a person who is very minimal and careful user let alone any physical assult to the device. I previously used S7 Edge which I bought from Canada and this S9+ is purchased in Bangladesh... Is the hardware issue because it has been purchased here? I paid a furtune getting this phone. And noone has to suffere unnecessary. After sales customer service is horrible. I had been a faithful customer to Samsung for many years but I feel this is unnecessary harassment. Guess it is time to move on.

Note 9 user -- id everything why don't you understand team its a bug issue i contacted service center also on call they admit they receiving several calls for the same after one ui 2 update and even after recent update samsung is ignoring the fact that there is bug issue... and authorized center says sir get display change i mean first of all i bought a 70k device and within a year all of the sudden after an upate u r having issue and i have to got a display change for 25k wow are u serious i would rather put it on drawer forever and nevr switch back to samsung which m certainly planning for Fold but noways and secondly i might encountered display issue jst suppose but along with me same issue encountered by thousands of customers what a coincidence isn't it Samsung pls take cre of it else it will definitely harm goodwill

This is regarding the issue i am facing since last update to android 1p nd UI 2 my phone's screen is intact scratchless but from last 20 25 days its been frequent like m using phone its **bleep** good in performance but all of the sudden when someone calls me screen goes totally blurred discolored and i can see minor horizontal lines on display but it came back to normal in 2 3 seconds or if reboot my phone then it also came back fo normal and not only when someone calls randomly also it happens.


Dont know why its happening. Pls help me. I think there's a bug but not sure pls suggest

i researched and many members from community are facing similar issue after update and i confirmed the same with samsung customer care... Samsung Team do something i shifted to Samsung after a long time and dont make me feel regret about it... fix the bug asap

Even after securing patch update the ongoing bug which creates screen flickering yellowish or discoloration issue in note 9 or other flagships remains unresolved. Literally samsung s?*ks i dnt think i ll ever gonna go for a samsung phone in future... Thanks samsung for doing nothing.

I'm also facing after software update suddenly screen turns yellow after unlocking screen 2 or 3 seconds.... when contact samsung service centre they said 17,000rs in inr... any other solution to get out of it plz?

my Note-9 Devices (2 pcs purchased at the same time) having same complaint. I guess it is the time to move on to other brands.

me too have this same problem
samsung is so irresponsible...why dont you make an update to fix this screen flickering and display problems....
we are trusted in samsung and its your duty to make us happy
