that day i shot just a 5-10 sec video under water ( only the camera was submerged other half of the phone was above) , later i found water droplets inside the camera and water damage alarm started ringing , isnt the s21 supposed to be ip68 ? it got water inside it with just a few seconds of it being half submerged in water

They say IP68 Water RESISTANT, not Water PROOF.

They also don't recommend submerging your phone under water and make it clear that damage by liquid ingress wouldn't be covered under warranty.

I only submerged the camera under and rest of the body was above as I didnt want my s21 fully submerged , my spare samsung m21 didnt get moisture inside and I have shot many videos under water with that and it doesnt even have a ip rating ... I thought s21 couldve handled that , even my bloody spigen case was on my s21

There is a reason why they don't cover it under warranty: because the protection isn't failsafe!

You have been lucky with your M21, but not so with your S21. It isn't advisable to submerge under water, unless you are ready for the potential consequences. And definitely not advisable to risk it in sea water/ beach or similar places where water has salt content.
