samsung s20 plus issues

Pathetic  battery backup bought it yesterday even on medium power saving mode 50 percent battery in 3 hours of usage ,phone is heating like crazy 

Kindly  do not but s20 series pathetic , i am a moderate user no games no gps use no Bluetooth even then battery is draining like crazy..

I am using samaung phones past 10 years kindly do not by s20 very bad phone now samsung phones have lost their value..

I have gone through these support resolutions thrice but this product this processor if just very bad not expected from samsung i am using one plus 7t it performs better than this phone

a moderate use no games no gps no movies ...still it heats a lot battery have to charge at least twice a day
