s9 mic problem in incoming calls

After update the ui2.5 my mic isn't working properly when i receive the call the other person don't hear my voice until i put it on the speaker and once mic started then i can put the speaker off.
But when i make the call the mic works properly. I don't need to put the call on speaker.

Dear Samsung Customer Support,

this is not a solution to a problem created with the new UI, this is only a standard email!!!

Please control and test any upgrade before the official release: before we had the problem with the led on incoming call, now with this absurd microphone problem. This is unacceptable as a consumer who spends a lot of money and demands the maximum (this problem does not happen on 50 euro mobile phones).
Please fix as soon as possible!!!

i reset myphone again and again but i have randomly problem.

To resolve "microphone" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>> Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
>> Settings > General Management > Reset.

Yes, Even I'm facing the problem. It's really upsetting on every incoming call. Every time whenever I get a call I can hear them but they cannot hear me. My mic doesn't work for at least 30 sec or If I have to make it work immediately, I have to turn on the speaker once and turn it off. Only then the mic begins to work. This is the trick I'm following currently to help myself. I don't know if it's bug.but would appreciate if Samsung can help dealing this problem.

I am also facing the issue... the phone mic stops working when getting incoming calls and my voice is not audible to the others person I need to just turn on speaker and after turning speaker off the other person can hear me.. I am just frustrated after this issue.

Dear Samsung Team, Please resolve this issue on priority basis already I have reset my phone twice to come out of this problem but the problem is still there and breaking my nerve veins.
