this is not a solution to a problem created with the new UI, this is only a standard email!!!
Please control and test any upgrade before the official release: before we had the problem with the led on incoming call, now with this absurd microphone problem. This is unacceptable as a consumer who spends a lot of money and demands the maximum (this problem does not happen on 50 euro mobile phones).
Please fix as soon as possible!!!

Galaxy SAfter update the ui2.5 my mic isn't working properly when i receive the call the other person don't hear my voice . .... i have problem like too pleases samsung check it. i am sure 100 persent it is software problem because after updating problem is starting. i am dissapointed of samsung.

To resolve "microphone" issue kindly follow the given below step:
>>> Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
>> Settings > General Management > Reset.

Galaxy SYes, Even I'm facing the problem. It's really upsetting on every incoming call. Every time whenever I get a call I can hear them but they cannot hear me. My mic doesn't work for at least 30 sec or If I have to make it work immediately, I have to turn on the speaker once and turn it off. Only then the mic begins to work. This is the trick I'm following currently to help myself. I don't know if it's bug.but would appreciate if Samsung can help dealing this problem.

Galaxy SDear Samsung Team, Please resolve this issue on priority basis already I have reset my phone twice to come out of this problem but the problem is still there and breaking my nerve veins.
