s9+ fingerprint not working since two days. called to customer care they are saying i have to wait till next update because it is software issue ( says he has no idea when company will provide update). After paying huge amount and being company flagship mobile facing this type of issue and getting answer from customer care like that shows Samsung attitude towards customer. Shocking to say the least! The issue is that Samsung has too many smartphones that they are unable to provide perfect softwares or updates! Pathetic!!!

i suggest everybody should do this, then only samsung will pay attention to their flagship's owners regarding customers satisfaction and services.!!
i own S7..!! not satisfied from their software update policy.! 😑

no.problem with my s9+ .working perfectly fine. in fact it became more responsive after update

bro update every single updates of play store & galaxy apps then ur phone working fine..i dont have any problem in my s9+
