from settings go to apps then search for the UN similar apps that you don't have installed and install them and you will be fine

- Google setting>ads>opt of personalization>off.
- Google>setting>ads> Google> web page open> Ads setting> off.
- Please run your device in safe mode. If the Ads disappear in safe mode then uninstall the third party applications.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
