why is it that the s8 plus have a burn in problem ? it is very disappointing to pay so much and not have the quality and service expected. I had to send my device back to KSA as it didnt cover the warranty in my country, and they replaced my device. But its not even a month and its happening again ? whats the solution Samsung ? won't we be given a favorable solution ? Is it time for us brand loyal customers to Android users to swith to IOS ?

Also Samsung please be informed that after the screen is being replaced the device will no longer be water resistant. I am a very disappointed customer.. Never getting a samsung device ever again and Im no longer give a good review to anyone. IOS may be a better option for the quality of service they provide than Samsung. Is there anyway I could file a complaint or sue for compensation ??

Why to switch to ios
there are several android devices like
one plus
google pixel xl etc which far better than ios .
I am also using one plus 5 as my secondory device.
one plus is the best android and affordable device .

Samsung is just using its name and fooling its customers.

Like these flagship phones S8, S9, Note 8 etc .
In these prices we can buy more than one ONE PLUS devices which are best in updates and speed .

OLED displays are very susceptible to screen burn in. You should be more careful when using the phone.
