let me know that does any one facing issue that .. while playing this video i.e video with hdr content. does any ones phone is auto adjusting (changing brightness )while moving the calibrating phone

That's the normal behaviour when playing HDR content on most displays, Samsung or not. It's not an issue, it's how HDR is handled.

the brightness is bumped up to max when playing hdr video, thats not the problem
after brightness increased ,the phone brightness is increasing and decreasing eventually with moving display forword and backwards.
does the same issues is facing by u ???

I didn't understand what you were trying to tell. I watched the video at 1080p HDR, the brightness remained consistent even when I was moving around the room.
Also do notice that HDR mode does gets turned off when some other application is drawing your screen, like notifications, etc. Maybe that is causing an issue for you
