Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) check your device in Safe mode.

3) Check the availability of software update in your device.

4) If issue is still not resolved then create data backup and reset the device
