My phone model s7 edge.hangs frequently whenever i open no power saving mode,it will work fine when it is in  full saving mode, i cant use my upi payment apps when it is in full power saving mode.
   Can anybody help me.

You need to do a factory reset. Some app must have messed up.

during power saving mode, the device lags a little bit because the CPU usage is minimised in battery saving mode and if you try to perform any apps it causes lag

Hi there,

 

We would like to inform you that UPI payment app did not work in full power saving mode. Hence this  feature is the default feature of the device.

For Hanging Issue please perform below given steps:

>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
