s7 call volume is too loud even when the volume is set to minimum

The volume for the calls(earpiece volume) is too loud on my samsung galaxy s7 even when its set to the lowest level..its hurting my ears..

i have heard this from several s7 and s7 edge users..

anybody else facing the same issue??
