My all problems solve after update Android 12.

but PICTURE IN PICTURE mode doesn't work (youtube,Facebook,gallery video player)etc.
system settings enable all apps in PIP mode.
i did many times that's app clear and uninstall & installed but no good results.

what should i do.

Well, I have found a walk-around to use YouTube in PIP like mode.

Open YouTube > then take it to multi-tasking view > click on the YouTube icon on top > Select open in Pop-up view > Then resize the player to it smallest size. You will then only view the video (check last screenshot)

for YouTube you need premium..

To youtube in PIP you have to purchase youtube premium

And in my case
Gallery video player supports pip and it is working perfectly ( android 11)
Don't know about android 12

youtube video playing pip for youtube need premium .

gallery video have 3 dot open video player click pip in top then video goes pip.

Facebook video have auto pip mode that work good.but leave fb app pip isn't running in background it's minor not a big deal .

You can use this with any app.... if it supports.
But you can force app by using developers option
