s20 ultra battery life.

Guys this is my battery life on s20 ultra.i only get 3hrs of sot on single charge and I never charge my phone to 100% and let it drain to 0% I charge it b/w 20% to 90%.should I get my phone checked in service center.Coz I think this is not enough battery backup I should get.what are you opinions?

I am also facing less SOT on my s20 plus. I have put so many apps to deep sleep. using the phone in power saving mode. But still the SOT is only 3.30 mins or less
