After android 11 update in my s20 plus(samsung finance plus bought)i am not able to use my phone showing the error as in the screenshot

from were did to buy ur buy ur phone is from Samsung show room or flipkart. if it is flipkart contact customer service support

just go and meet the store and inform them about the issue .... this is will not resolve with so called compliant....

What does the reset button do at bottom ? Does a factory reset brings you to the same page ? And how does service centre does not have a work around on this smfh. My advice is try clean installing OneUI 3 from adb. Might clean your legacy admin profile and solve the issue. Another issue might be your phone is locked in from where you got it. Either due to unpaid emi/mobile carrier/ Employer.

yes after reset same problem exists,android 11 is installed by care center
