To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Galaxy SSame issue here, just bought s24 plus about 2 weeks ago and had no problem about accessing and file transfering through SFTP both ways and just realized I get the same error that is mentioned in the thread. I'll also try to share my log file and see if it's going to be fixed in time or not. I hope I did not make mistake by switching back to Samsung after so many years.

Galaxy SI don't think you made a mistake by switching to Samsung because they are literally the best when it comes to android phones but they have recently been slacking a lot in the software department. Even the One UI 7 launch has had major issues.🤷🏻

Galaxy SI wouldn't be surprised if the issue is something about permissions especially since I have been asked to give everytime whenever I try to do something with my phone 😄 It's been 4 weeks already and you said that they were only reviewing the issue and it's an automated reply which is disappointing after all the time that's passed. I'll try to be optimistic but I wasn't expecting any problem such as like this. Honestly I barely play games, use camera and even use social media but recently dumped all of songs and pictures to my phone effortlessly without needing cable and it was also awesome not being forced to use unreliable 3rd party applications from PlayStore since network storage utility comes packed with the phone and losing that feature is painful. I'll try to solve the problem myself and will let you know if anything comes up or if I receive any feedback from Samsung. Samsung definitely acts like they are Android's Apple but I'have never seen such small issues that has not fixed by Apple eventually.
