Camera app lags a lot... 

And sometimes random lags too.....

also reset it to default settings

if possible uninstall unused or not required 3rd party apps

the battery is draining too fast after 3.0 update im getting just 3 to 4 hours of screen on time

Need to explain something to you, its quite early to confirm the battery life of your device after a major update. You need to give it alteast 6 to 7 cycles to make kernel adapt to your usage. That means you can judge battery life after some days. Its too early to start complaining about it now. Please check it after a week and see if it improves. Have worked with kernel developers, give it some time for the kernel to adapt and if its correct, close the thread

Im getting nearly 7hrs in oneui 3. Update came for me in Dec 7th. You need to give kernel some time. See the battery life after a week or so. Dont judge battery life after next day after updating.
