I am also facing same issue after July 2024 security patch update. 
I have tried, reboot, resetting the network settings, even i did factory reset but still it is showing same... unable to use network. 
I have visited 2 samsung service centre they are also unable to fix it, they are directly asking for motherboard change.

yes, i have restarted may times and in service centre they tried to replace 'sub-pcb' and related thing, but no luck.

I also had this issue from April 2024 update. Only solution is just restart your device 4 to 5 time, else go to your where signal levels are good restart your device thn it gets connected properly and works for me.... Do try the same... Do not go to service center and waste either your time or money on changing the parts

As per your suggestion, I did restart 7-8 times and also did restart multiple time where signal level is good. but no luck, still same issue.

Dude... Try once by removing the sim tray thn plug in back while switching on where signal level is good... Hope this may find a luck to you....

Yes, I did remove sim tray and plugged in where the signal level is good, but still facing same issue. I restart mobile daily 4-5 times.but still same issue.
It shows sim card name inside setting but not showing signal.

Ha bhai network reset bhi kiya but usse bhi hua nahi, to mai factory reset bhi kiya, to bhi nahi hua bhai....
