To all ppl in Samsung request u to resolve the issue of call recording apps as its very useful for ppl like me I am owning and upgrading every flagship device of yours from s8 to s9+ now and every year and using ACR on it every time but with s9+ i am not able to record anything from other party voice if this doesn't resolve i have to stop using ur devices and opt for other ones as I am using one +t as my primary device i bought s9+ with high hopes but u ppl ruined it all

Call recording without proper consent was sort of banned by EU recently, that would be the reason why it is disabled. It is unlikely that they would enable it since it is a legal issue.

Try Cube ACR from the play store. Works on my Note 8 which is updated to Oreo.

However, some 3rd party application developers have found a detour to record each voice during calls and applied it to their apps. Those applications have been working in previous Samsung devices whereas is blocked in S9/S9+ devices due to improved call recording solutions in it.
