(rant)Terrible display on my S24 ultra. Diagonal line pattern throughout display

Got the s24u 1 month back and have been observing these diagonal lines running throughout the display(images attached). They are very visible under dark conditions(both with dark environment and dark content on screen)

Samsung tech support claims that it is just an OLED characteristics and there is no problem with the device and thus even refused to acknowledge the existence of any issue with it. But this no way seems like not a display problem and I can't enjoy the display even after paying so much for the phone. My 3 year old S21+ never had such a issue. Really disappointed in Samsung, never buying a Samsung again

Nope there is rainbow kind of effect...many users are facing this some 100+ we have created WhatsApp group also.

> Krep ambiance mode on YouTube & watch video without zoom to fit..& if ur phone is faulty it will show random lines moving both side.

create a ticket with samsung members application..
might be they can help dont forget to attach the jobsheet of visited service center.

you also post on X. try to connect with CS HEAD, with all those details and mention the query reference number of all chats and calls.

All s24 ultras world wide have that. Sorry to say but I don't think Samsung has any intention of fixing it
