pop up view action not working

I tried to use this feature but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any tips? I am using galaxy s8 Indian version.

try from the top right corner...work better from there instead.! and sometimes it doesnt work with the case on the phone because it doesnt let you touch the corner edge!

use this from recent app drawer.. just long press that app den then resize it

Always try to pull it from the line where the notification line and the rest area is seperated! No edge hassels and it always works!

Just below where time is displayed for example!
