Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, (1) image is not shown/deleted with a loading pop-up occurring when selected in the Gallery app.
2) After taking a photo, the image file appears corrupted in the Gallery app (but is shown normally in detail view when the photo file is selected).
If some of the app's access permission settings for full file access are disabled (off) in the settings, newly captured or downloaded images may not display correctly in the Gallery app.
Please enable the following apps for full file access in the settings and restart your phone to resolve this issue.
* Path: Settings > Apps > More options(…) > Special access > All files access > Turn on 'Download Manager', 'Media', 'MTP application', 'MTP Host' > Restart the phone.
If newly captured or downloaded images still do not display correctly even after enabling the apps for full file access and restarting your phone, please try restarting your device after capturing new photos.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
