Is anyone facing the same problem. I dont understand why this happening. I sam after the updating april patch it stops working.

use other otg connector. if still not connecting. it maybe your charging port is defective.

check ur otg compatibility, sometimes otg is not suitable for all the devices
its happened to me

ok brother pls let me the full proof solution i facing the problem coz i dont have laptop so i send the files of my office thru only android

after waiting for sometime,, open my files and check there. surely otg/pendrive/harddisk will appear.

Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps:
Note :- If one method doesn't work then perform next.
1. Try different OTG with your device.
2. Check another pen drive.
3. Check USB connection: Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Members apps (Samsung members>Get Help>Interactive checks>Charger/USB).
4. If USB connection works than check device in safe mode:
Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note : To exit safe mode, restart the device
5. Reset the device: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>General Management> Reset> Reset settings(Reset all settings to their default)
Note: Please take backup of the date before resetting the device.
