We all know that in galaxy devices in marshmallow or nougat the notifications panel slides upward when you tap on the background outside of the notifications panel...
Recently I have noticed that is not the case when I tap on the background outside of the notifications panel.. instead of that.. the notifications panel slides upward a little bit (very tiny distance) for each tap!!
