It’s no secret that anymore that Samsung is working on a Lite version of the Galaxy Note 10 that it launched earlier in the year. The smartphone has been talked quite a lot about for a while now, and has been a fixture of constant rumours and reports and was recently even seen getting certificated on BIS and FCC.
And now, arguably the biggest leak about the phone has surfaced which has revealed all about the upcoming smartphone. The leak reveals the specification details and the information comes courtesy the team at WinFuture.de, who point out the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is likely going to be launched alongside the Galaxy S10 Lite.
"The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes on the market in parallel to the Galaxy S10 Lite, for which we recently delivered the almost complete technical data in advance. Now we also have an official datasheet for the Note 10 Lite, which makes it clear how Samsung is pushing the price to only 609 euros at the market launch. Despite the somewhat older CPU base, it is still a high-end smartphone - including the stylus.
As per the leak, the Note 10 Lite will feature the same Infinity O screen and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader that was found on the Note 10 and Note+ handsets launched late July 2019. This means the panel will be a 6.7-inch HDR AMOLED display and will also feature a punch-hole for the device’s selfie camera.
Under the hood, the phone comes with an Exynos 9810 SoC with a clock speed of 2.7GHz. This has been paired to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 512GB via a microSD card. For the operating system, the phone has been revealed to come running Android 10 based One UI 2.0.
For cameras, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected to bring with itself a triple rear camera setup a primary 12-megapixel main camera with an f/1.7 aperture and dual-pixel autofocus sat alongside a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter with an f/2.2 lens and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom support.
For selfies, the punch hole on the device’s display will house a 32-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens. However, there is no word on the lens coming with OIS on board. The leak also reveals camera features of the device, with the device reportedly including 4K video capture at 60fps and ultra-slow motion mode as well.
The battery would be a 4,500 mAh pack with support for 25W Samsung Fast Charging technology. However, there won’t be any support for wireless charging.
