my files not showing files/folders from one drive

i have been using my files application and signed into one drive but i am no longer seeing my one drive files.

troubleshooting steps taken so far:

1. sign out and sign back in to one drive in my files

2. clear cach and data from my files application 

3. checked files and folders are available on my one drive web

still no luck. 

is anyone having this issue? please help

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
