Hey Samsung Community, 

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with my Galaxy S21 FE after the latest update. Immediately after updating, a line appeared on my screen. I took the phone to the service center, and they told me they would only fix the screen if the device was less than 3 years old. Since mine is just past that, they refused to repair it under the replacement program. 

What makes this even more frustrating is that we have four Samsung phones in our family, and this is the third one to develop this exact same green line issue. After checking online, I’ve seen many other users facing the same problem, which clearly points to a software or hardware defect, not user mishandling. Yet my S21 FE is apparently not covered under Samsung’s current screen replacement policy.

 I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer and trusted the brand for its quality and service. As a “flagship” device owner, I expected better support when the fault is clearly not mine. Asking customers to pay a large amount for a defect caused by an update is simply unfair. I really hope Samsung will address this problem and extend the screen replacement program to cover the Galaxy S21 FE as well. 

If there isn’t a resolution soon, this might sadly be the end of my trust in Samsung.
