Hi, 

Would be best to get the device checked out at the Samsung Service Center, or call the call center number and ask for remote assitance.

thanka for ur help ...but i contact them through online chatt &they said that they remove this option maybe my mistake in the new samsung updates specially for samaung s20 ultra cz i have another phone s10plus & i still have z option

Hi, you can go to Settings > General management > Language and input > On-Screen keyboard > select Samsung Keyboard > Style and layout > Keyboard toolbar ( Toggle on )
