s20 plus just bought 5 days earlier, the phone getting heated when using 64mp camera. Resulting auto shutdown of camera unit. Is it a issue with others also? Should it be looked up by the concerned Samsung personnel?

I think there is over heating issue with phone when camera is used for video, same issue happened to me, it showed a message "phone is too hot wait till it cools to use camera" hope Samsung fixes it with software update

Oh tats worse, I think using ois for longer than few mins is the issue, Samsung should definitely fix this asap on such an expensive phone overheating should not be happening so fast 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️

normal camera mode has no issue, but 8k recording and 64 mp still photography causes excessive heating.

bro even you use 4k for longer time it will heat up more over in those video resolution the pixel size are bigger it will definitely heat up.

if you want the advice then I would suggest it to record the video at 1080 p for avoiding heats
