My S20 Ultra is not showing names of contacts for incoming calls but picks the contact names for outgoing calls. What could be the problem?

Hi MeliG

Your Caller Line Identification may need to be activated. Please contact your Network Service provider to activate.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Phone.
3. Select Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select Other call settings.
6. Push slider to activate Show caller information.

hi we had this problem and slide caller I'd to off as it was on then back on and turned the phone on and off.  it worked after that displaying caller name and number.   we was heading down the route of caller id activate with our provider but it seems fine now.
