Recently in my android smartphone, while toggling GPS the notification popping up "in.android.location.PROVIDERS_CHANGED".

Why this is happening recently & not before and how to disable it?

It's a debug message, and is probably caused by some faulty apps. Check your phone for any app that you might have recently installed.
Or
Long press on the notification to check which app is creating it and uninstall that app quickly.

that notification is not even giving a chance of long pressing it. if we touch the screen it disappears. im facing this problem in my note10+ immediately after receiving a software update last nite. please help us @Samsung_india

resolved by removing "no broker" app
