how to do operator vidoleo call

i want to make video call using operator not by app like Duo and whatsapp. this is old feature we used it in older 3g phone where we can do a video call without an app.

anybody has solution do let me know

i have Jio postpaid and Volte enabled sim

I do have jio postpaid..it works when i call from jio to jio or jio to airtel
