how to do operator vidoleo call

i want to make video call using operator not by app like Duo and whatsapp. this is old feature we used it in older 3g phone where we can do a video call without an app.

Worked on my A52 to A52 very well be it airtel to airtel or jio to jio. I am not sure about VI though 😶
