Galaxy Sopen secure folder>click 3 dots at right>select settings>backup and restore option is available>select it>now ick on backup secure folder data
note:: My device is S10+ and it should be available in your device too, please check all options

Galaxy SOn my S21 Ultra I had a similar issue. I installed a free cloud storage app in the secure folder (I used Degoo) and then backed up from there.
