high ping

Why am I having high ping problem in pubg even after installing it two from play store...

This issue has came up after I factory reset my phone and installed pubg..

Any solutions?

just go for with best signal or good appropriate network or go for wifi

use s fast and reliable connection

After factory resetting background data usage is very high, you can solve this problem by leaving it connected to wifi while it is being charged for a couple of hours. Your ping should be back to normal afterwards.
