In my galaxy f62 after some time show ur device is too hot and multiwindow split screen automatic off only two option coming pls reply Eshank

Try wiping cache partion for you device

Follow these steps to get resolved,

1- Switch of your device

2- Connect you phone via cable to pc/laptop

3- Turn in device holding power button and volume down button, when the Samsung logo appears let go of the buttons

4- A page will open

5- Navigate using volume buttons and select wipe cache partion , use power button to select after done , select reboot now

5- Check if issue is solved!

Once Reboot in a safemode and lets see

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

If still same then perform these below steps one by one

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect with pc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )
...........OR.......
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MOBILE THEN CONNECT WITH CABLE WHETHER IT IS TYPE C TO TYPE C OR MICRO USB PORT take help of otg connector to connect with other mobile.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

(NOTE : Reset settings/ Reset App preferences, change all settings to default)

Go to service center if problem persist..does your phone heats while normal multitasking?

Turn of that battery saver mode it throttles the cpu hence put stress. Reboot your device & check if it still overheats
